James Anderson

James has worked at Director level within the Software, Manufacturing and Financial Services industries.
He has expertise in solution design and architecture, change management, data analytics, machine learning and data visualisation.
Throughout his career he has focussed on driving innovation and efficiency by utilising technology and bringing data to life through interactive analytics suites.
When he isn't working you'll either find him volunteering as a Gliding Instructor with the RAF reserves or shooting some clays.

Damon Smith
Software | Automation | Design
After completing his degree in web design and development in Newcastle, Damon moved to Manchester in 2013 to join a start up software company as a junior developer.
During the 4 years he spent within the company his role advanced to become a senior solutions developer, helping plan, configure, and build solutions that solved challenges within the healthcare sector.
Since leaving in 2016, he has applied his expertise across multiple other industries including food, transport, retail, and financial services improving process efficiency with the use of custom built software.
